Anthony Maxwell Whitaker, 13, unexpectedly Tiffany Jewellery passed away on June 20, 2010 in Murray, Utah. He was born on September 11, 1996 in Sandy, Utah to Anthony Robert Whitaker and Keri Kathleen Taft Stephens.

Anthony was a natural athlete; he loved to play football and basketball. He loved spending time with his little sisters and brother, cousins and dog, Sophia.
