UNBEATEN Cape Blanco, a winner at Group Two level as a juvenile, is one of three Aidan O'Brientrained acceptors for Sunday's Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial at Leopardstown.
O'Brien, above, has won the Group Two trial six times in the last ten years and Cape Blanco is expected to lead a Ballydoyle Lazio challenge which could also include At First Sight and Midas Touch.
Jim Bolger is responsible for two of the seven acceptors, Reiteration and Shintoh, while the field will be completed by the Dermot Weld-trained Address Unknown and Kevin Prendergast's Famous Warrior.
Meanwhile, there will be plenty of Irish interest in the three- day Chester meeting which opens today and features a number of Derby and Oaks trials.
